Are you ready for Fall?

I am!

Fall is the time for lots of fun and exciting new things! We have sew much going on this fall and I am sew excited about it.

First , I am happy to announce the opening of my second store on September 1, 2009 in Scottsboro, AL. It is located at 87 Woods Cove Rd. It is in the building that Randy owns and where he had his first store that he opened in 1974. Once known as S & R Sewing Machine and Vacuum Cleaner Store, it is now Scottsboro Sew & Vac. I already have sewing machines and vacuum cleaners, along with parts and accessories there. I also have fabric and will be adding more every week. All of the repairs left at the Scottsboro store will be brought to the Huntsville store for Floyd to service and repair before they are brought back. Come in and visit often!

Classes and Events

Our fall schedule is up on the website now and it is packed with a lot of classes and events.

On October 9th and 10th we will have Cindy Hogan here for a two day seminar on Brother’s PE-Design 8.0 Digitizing Software. Cindy is a great freelance instructor that really knows the PE-Design Software. Her class is limited and only a few spots are available so sign up soon before it is to late.

On October 20th we will have a Janome Educator here teaching a class on Janome’s Digitizer MB Digitizing Software. This is a great time to learn about the software from a Janome Educator.

On October 21st and 22nd we will be having a Janome 11000SE Test Drive. If you have ever wanted to try out the Janome MC11000SE, sign up for one of these sessions and take a test drive on it while the Janome Educator is here to help answer all of your questions. Sign up soon!

October 31st Suzanne Shelton will be here teaching an Introductory to Machine Appliqué Class. This class is a prerequisite for her many more classes. Sign up soon; this class is limited.

November 20th and 21st we will be hosting a John Deere’s Adorable Ideas Event. The location will be announced soon. You can go to their website to learn more about the products and the event. More information will be posted on our website soon! Sign up for this event early!!
