Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day. We only ship in the USA.


Shipping & Handling Charges

Our shipping and handling charges are based on your merchandise total prior to order discounts. 

  • Standard: 5-7 business days (10-12 business days for Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO) -- $5.95*
  • 2 Day: 2 business days -- $25.95*
  • Overnight: 1 business day -- $51.95*

Pickup In-Store

Any purchase made on our web-store is eligible to be picked up ONLY at the Huntsville Sew & Vac location, with no shipping fees. Orders are prepared for pick up Monday-Friday during normal business hours. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day. An email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout when your order is ready. We ask that you pick up your order within 1 week of purchase.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer a limited 30 day money back guarantee. 

All exchanges/returns must be pre-approved by our management.

You can request a return authorization by contacting us at 256-536-3757. Please do not return any product to us without a written approval.

You can request a return authorization within the first 30 days from the date of purchase. 

Unopened: Unopened merchandise that can be returned to the manufacturer may be returned for a refund less all shipping cost. This means that the merchandise must be in a factory sealed box with the seal unbroken. Shipping is non-refundable, and items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have outbound shipping fees deducted from the refund. All returns are subject to inspection before refund is given. Some items may be subject to a re-stocking fee of 15% or more. This may or may not be indicated on the product page.

Opened: Opened merchandise that can be returned to the manufacturer may be returned for a refund less a 25% restocking fee for all items, providing merchandise is returned double boxed in its original factory carton, undamaged with Styrofoam, warranty card, instruction manual and all included accessories. You will be charged extra for any missing or damaged items upon return. Certain products may have a restocking fee more than 25%. This may or may not be indicated on the product page. Shipping is non-refundable, and items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have outbound shipping fees deducted from the refund. All returns are subject to inspection before refund is given.

Software: Huntsville Sew & Vac, LLC and Software manufacturers (including Machine embroidery designers) allow no exchanges or refunds on software unless defective at the time of purchase and only for the same exact product.

ORDER ONLINE VS. CALLING IN YOUR ORDER

We are happy to answer any questions you have by calling us or via email. It is important that you have all the information you need before placing your order.  We encourage you to place your order online as extra incentives are offered at different times of the year in the form of free goods, and extra discounts that can only be offered to online orders. Huntsville Sew & Vac, LLC will take your order over the phone but Huntsville Sew & Vac, LLC cannot offer these extra incentives on call in orders.  We also encourage you to sign up to receive our free newsletter to view current promotions. 

If you find an identical item that is in stock with a lower price we'd like to know. Please call us at 1-256-536-3757 so that we may verify the price. We'll do our best to match the price. Price matches are valid only BEFORE you place your order. When comparing prices, availability, shipping and taxes will be included in our price match decision.

Because of our automated order processing system, orders are electronically approved and transmitted when you submit the order. As a result, there are no cancellations unless one of your items is on backorder. Changes cannot be made to your order once it is processed. If you want to add to your order, simply place a new order. Call us at 1-256-536-3757 immediately for help if your order contains an error. If you decide to cancel a backordered item and it has already shipped, you must follow the returns procedures stated above.

If you refuse a shipment you will be charged for shipping of the product both ways. On some products, a restocking fee will apply. This will be indicated on the product page. A refund or store credit will be issued for the difference.
